TRAINING IN ISOLATION 

At this time exercise is more important than ever in maintaining mental, physical health and balance in one's life.

 

The fitness community have been releasing workouts on social media more than ever and the internet is full of ideas and programs. What is needed is guidance at this time, someone to motivate you and hold you accountable for what you choose to do during your time in isolation. 

 

Athlete Ethos provide online training programs for triathletes, runners, cyclists and swimmers and beginners in exercise looking to improve on their health and change body composition.

Each athlete will have different circumstances, to understand your situation you will have a video call with your coach to discuss your goals and what equipment you have available to you. e.g bands, turbo trainer, outdoor run and 12kg dumbells.
