You have a video consultation with your trainer to discover your goals and how many times a week you can train and understand the current distances you are running. Your program will be created as your personal blueprint for success. Run plans and strength & conditioning.

You have weekly catch-ups to discuss what went well and what you need extra guidance with. 

Guidance on nutrition with calories to stick to for you and your goals is given.

If a full nutrition plan is needed please speak with your trainer to arrange a full nutrition plan at extra cost.
